SHIPPING POLICY:

We currently ship all orders via United States Postal Service, UPS or DHL Express Ground at our discretion, unless otherwise negotiated in advance.

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of payment if received by 12:00 PM pacific time. Orders received after 12:00 PM Pacific time may not be processed and shipped until the third business day. Often, orders do not take this long to ship out; sometimes orders ship same-day!

Transit times for packages sent via United States Postal Service vary from 2 business days to up to 10 business days. UPS and DHL Express transit times vary by service and region. Please allow reasonable time for your order to be delivered. UPS and DHL Express do not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please provide adequate shipping information to a physical location if requesting a shipping method other than USPS.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

Your satisfaction is important: For a refund or exchange, products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Product must be returned in original packaging in undamaged, clean and brand-new condition. Audio CDs, VHS videos and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card / account used for purchase only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
